c.Self-referrals are disallowed, meaning affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.
a.Affiliates will earn a 10% commission percentage on each sale.
b.A minimum payout threshold of $50 is required before commission payments are made.
c.Payments will be issued on the 28th of each month for commissions earned up to the end of the previous month.
The tracking cookie for affiliate links will last for 30 days. This means affiliates will earn a commission if a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link.
a.Affiliates must not engage in spam or misleading advertising, such as making false claims or offering unauthorized discounts.
b.Affiliates are not allowed to engage in paid search advertising using our brand name unless explicitly authorized.
c.Bidding on trademarked terms or domain names similar to our brand is strictly prohibited.
a.Affiliates must adhere to FTC guidelines for disclosing their affiliate relationships.
b.Affiliates can use any images from our website (except for logos and trademarked content) to create banners or promotions.
c.Affiliates are not allowed to use our logos or trademarks in any of their marketing or promotional materials.
a.We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if the affiliate is found to be violating our terms.
b.Affiliates may also choose to voluntarily terminate their participation.
c.In the event of termination, any remaining balance will be paid on the 28th of the month, regardless of whether the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold.
a.Affiliates will not receive commissions for any orders that are refunded or canceled.
b.Affiliates will also not receive commissions on transactions that result in a chargeback.
a.Payments will be made via PayPal or wire transfer.
b.Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays in receiving their payouts.
a.Affiliates will have access to a dashboard where they can track their sales, clicks, and commissions.
b.Affiliates are allowed to place their unique affiliate link on their own websites. Links can direct to the root domain, a specific product, or a specific page on our site.
c.Affiliates can use any image from the website to create banners, but logos and trademarked content cannot be used in any promotions.
a.Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise from their earnings.
b.Affiliates must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, where applicable.
